Deodorant Causing Cancer ?

Some believe deodorants are causing breast cancer. Because of the fact, that deodorant is applied near the breasts.


                                              

                          Some deodorants have some toxic ingredients like                            aluminum, parabens, propylene glycol, phthalates, antriclosan.


                       
Aluminum-containing underarm antiperspirants that are left on the skin near the breast. Since it's left on the skin, the skin later absorbs it causing the skin to have estrogen. Estrogen is a type of hormone made by the body it helps develop and maintain a females characteristics and the growth of bones. Estrogen can also be used as a type of birth control for menopause, menstrual disorders, osteoporosis, and other conditions.Estrogen can cause the growth of cancer cells, the components of aluminum have some based compounds that might be causing the development of cancer. Some studies are saying aluminum is having direct contact with breast tissue. 

A few studies have been made to determined if deodorant is actually causing cancer. But they haven't actually found real evidence.

-COrdering and interpreting the results of diagnostic test 
-Prescribing treatments and medications

The Stages Of Sleep

When we sleep we go thru five stages of sleep stage 1, stage 2, stage 3, stage 4, and REM (rapid eye movement). These five stages cycle from stage 1 to stage REM, then it just starts all over again.          

                          

Stage One: Light sleep we can be awakened easily, everything in our bodies is moving slowly 

Stage Two: Our eye movement completely stops, our brain waves don't completely stop they just become slow and occasionally we get rapid waves

Stage Three/Four: Is very difficult to wake someone up, we get really slow brain waves, stage four the brain produces exclusively brain waves, in these stages, we have no eye movement, no muscle activity 

REM: Our eyes move in various directions, our breathing become more rapid, our heart rate increases, some of our muscle become temporality paralyzed 


In my psychology, we were learning about our brains and about our sleep. We would get into really good interesting discussions, we would share some of the experiences we have had in our sleep. Some of my classmates had some experiences that I could also relate to. I'm pretty sure this has happened to everyone when you're sleeping and all of a sudden you feel like your falling down from a really high place or simply falling down from your bed when in reality your not. That happens when your brain thinks you're dying so to make sure you're okay it gives you that crazy feeling. I was surprised when my teacher explained this to me. Also, you might think you don't dream every night but, you do you just don't remember. When your sleeping so many crazy things are happening and you don't even know.

Thyroid Glad

Thyroid Glad- A ductless gland in the neck that secretes hormones regulating the development through the rate of metabolism

                              
             
                                  

                                      

I became interested in learning what the Thyroid Glad is and what it does during my psychology when my teacher was talking about the brain and she mentioned the Thyroid Glad but didn't go into detailed. It got my attention because the Thyroid has to do with your metabolism, your body weight. I wanted to know how the metabolism really works how it changes and why is it different for others. Over the years I notice my metabolism has definitely changed as the years go by my metabolism has slowed down. Due to that, I have gain weight and I have to watch more on what I eat. For some their metabolism never changes and they can eat whatever they want without affecting their weight. Your metabolism starts to change as you get older and start to lose muscle mass and it also depends on your sex. Thyroid Glad can regulate body temperature aid in digestion. Without our bodies would not be able to convert nutrients into energy. 

Some Facts About Thyroid Glad:
-The thyroid takes form of a butterfly 
-About 13 million have no idea they suffer from a thyroid imbalance 
-Women are more likely to thyroid issues than men 
-Stress can have a big impact in affecting the thyroid 
-Thyroid disease become more common as we age
-Thyroid is a part of communication that assists the body to function properly

Makeup has been around for many years now and as time goes by it's getting more recognition. The makeup industry keeps growing and getting bigger day by day. Everyone has an opinion about makeup some say why wear makeup? , it's too much, it's not natural or you were makeup because you're insecure about yourself. To each their own, but some truly have a passion for makeup. Now not only just females wear makeup but also males do. In this generation now you can make a great career out makeup. Youtube plays a big role in the makeup world in their a lot of makeup artists get themselves out there. They get notice by makeup brands they get pay to sponsor their makeup brand also youtube pays them when they make makeup tutorials. Myself included loves makeup and I've had consider making a career out of makeup, I love makeup.
